We issue refunds for digital products, specifically if there are problems accessing downloadable content for your monthly membership. You can cancel your membership at any time through the subscription tab in your account settings. We will refund within 30 days of the original transaction. Since there are no physical products sold on gumdropgames.net, paying for shipping, shipping refunds and a shipping policy in general aren’t necessary. If you need assistance accessing, downloading or running the membership content, please reach out to us and we’ll help you as soon as we can!
